Our team members are equal parts Baristas and Art Enthusiasts! The Hub is located in the heart of Downtown Anacortes - so our team stays busy making espresso drinks, answering questions about the artists who are on our retail shelves, helping with the pottery painting studio, and giving guests great suggestions of places to check out around town!

Resposibilities:

 

  • Aligned with our mission and vision 

  • Follows all food handling practices and regulations

  • Provides excellent customer service and treats all guests and vendors with respect

  • Proactively takes actions to stay busy during work hours and handles any customer issues

  • Actively communicates with management and team, and is able to resolve any issues through communication. Gossip and complaints are not tolerated

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & AVAILABILITY:

 

  • Extended time on feet; ability to move for up to 8 hours

  • Ability to be cautious in handling fragile items

  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours a week including evenings and weekends

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 

  • 18+ years of age

  • Customer and/or food service experience

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Food Worker Card is current
